Reconfiguration of layout to rear of property positioning new French doors off kitchen on to yard has transformed this kitchen space. Additional French doors with glass roof off dining area has flooded this middle room with light & given a connection to the garden.

New kitchen with island & alterations Goostrey

This project involved complete refurbishment of both the utility room & kitchen, as well as other minor building works. The structural insertion of beams has created a larger opening to kitchen area with a new pantry. Our kitchen manufacturer has built units to the Client’s layout & design & these will be fitted by G&G. A matching maple arch has been made & fitted to match existing arch off the hallway. New aluminium bi-fold doors fitted to the living area.

This project involves extending a small rear flat roof kitchen around the side of the property extension to form separate utility & larger kitchen/ dining area. RSJ beams will allow for the formation of an open plan space. A pitched roof with Velux roof lights ensure plenty of light to the new kitchen/ dining area.

New kitchen with French doors onto decking Didsbury

This project involved connecting the new kitchen to the garden. The former bay window was replaced with French doors leading onto a raised decking area and steps down into the garden. Access to the cellar was maintained.
